I chose this Fitness & Wellness career because I have a sincere desire to help others improve their quality of life through fitness. I do believe we are on the cusp of a new generation that recognizes the value and responsibility we all have in maintaining our health and preventing the onset of chronic illness that many times is avoidable. I have extensive experience in assisting people with the reduction of chronic pain through past injury and pre & post-op rehabilitation. I'm also trained in Deep Fascia Release and Lengthening, as well as Active Isolated Stretch a technique used to improve the circulation and mobility of scar tissue. My training techniques include a combination of stretch, strength and endurance training to REDUCE PAIN and IMPROVE WELLNESS!
