Class Descriptions:

ZUMBA- A fusion of easy to follow Latin, International, & Hip Hop dance moves to burn calories and develop cardio respiratory endurance.

ZEN Boxing- Blends the Cardio and agility elements of boxing combinations with intervals of strength and core conditioning.  Meditation and focus as a cool down included creating balance (Zen) within the physical and mental body.

Yogalates- A fusion class that integrates the strength and core conditioning of Pilates with the flexibility and meditative aspects of Yoga.

Muscle- Strength and Resistance training utilizing body weight exercises or props to develop the major muscle groups of the body.  Cool down & flexibility training included.

Boot Camps- High intensity interval training that alternates between muscle and cardio combinations for an effective total body workout.
